How long does it take to receive my shirts?
Orders are processed within 7–10 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Can I customize a design on a product?
No! We offer custom designs through our Custom Design Request page.
If you have an idea, theme, or event, you can submit your request and we will create a design for you. All custom designs are created by Product of Design — we do not offer a self-design tool on the website at this time.
Do you accept outside garments for printing?
At this time, we only print on garments supplied by Product of Design. This helps us maintain quality control and ensure the best results for your order.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@product-of-design.com. Be sure to include clear photos of the issue. We will review and replace any errors caused during production.
Do you offer bulk or business orders?
Yes, we offer bulk discounts for orders of 10 or more shirts. For business or large order please contact us at info@product-of-design.com for a custom quote.
Do you ship within the United States?
Yes, we currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we may expand in the future.
Will your shirts look like the design shown?
Yes! All designs are created and printed with high-quality materials to closely match what you see on the product image.
Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings and lighting, but we take pride in delivering designs that meet our quality standards.
