Product of Design – Policies & Contact

All items are custom made to order. Because each product is created specifically for you, we ask that you review all details carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing
Standard orders are processed within 7–10 business days. Bulk orders (10 or more shirts) are processed within 10–15 business days. Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within the United States. We recommend placing your order at least 2–3 weeks in advance if you need it for a specific event.

Custom Orders
Bulk discounts are available for orders of 10 or more shirts. Final pricing is based on shirt style, design details, and quantity ordered. All custom orders will receive a quote before production begins to ensure accuracy and approval.

Returns & Refunds
Because all items are custom printed, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started. Reprints or replacements will only be issued in the case of printing defects or items damaged during shipping. Any issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery and must include clear photos for review.

Order Accuracy
Please double-check all details before submitting your order, including spelling, sizes, dates, and design information. Product of Design is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
